We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work in our acute care setting. As a Physical Therapist Level I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a patient-centered culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
  • Collaborate with hospitalists, case managers, social workers, nursing, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary patient rounds and contribute to a patient-centered culture
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
Requirements:
  • Minimum one month of staff physical therapist experience
  • Preferred: over one year of staff physical therapist experience in an acute care setting
  • BA or BS in Physical Therapy or BS in Science-biology, chemistry with a Physical Therapy Certificate
  • NH Physical Therapist License
  • AHA or ARC BLS within 2 weeks of hire
