Job Title: Quality Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Plexus Corp. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the determination of non-conformance and customer complaints through containment, root cause, corrective action, and audits.
  • Ensure product compliance to customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Develop, deploy, and oversee metrics for the Quality Management System (QMS) at the site to ensure appropriate monitoring of the health and compliance of the processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure continuous quality compliance during manufacturing operations.
  • Build and embed Quality Awareness in Operations by ensuring effectiveness of training and inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems proactively using structured problem-solving tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze, interpret, validate, and communicate data to key stakeholders.
