As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting
- Past experience in ICU or critical care required
- Cerner experience highly preferred
- Travel experience preferred
3x12 hour nights or flex, plus call
Call: 1 weekend shift or 2 weekday shifts per 4-week schedule
