Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess good phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to manage customer interactions and sales leads.
  • Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and strong data entry skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills and experience with outbound calling.
  • Additional Requirements: Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus, and sales and upselling experience is preferred.
