Position Title: Senior Associate Attorney

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Associate Attorney with a strong background in litigation. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of trial experience and have the ability to manage their own caseload effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently handle a docket of personal injury cases, including car accidents and slip and fall incidents.
  • Oversee all aspects of case management from initial filing through trial.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Must hold a Texas Bar license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Plaintiff personal injury law.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $200,000, with additional performance bonuses based on case settlements, potentially adding up to $100,000 annually.
