Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Pastry Craftsman to join our team at C and D Enterprises dba Golden Corral.

This key member of our kitchen staff will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations by adhering to Golden Corral recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare specialty desserts and other freshly baked products in accordance with established protocols and quality control measures.
  • Maintain exceptional product quality by ensuring every item is fresh, visually appealing, and hot, meeting the highest culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local health department regulations and maintain a clean work environment that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
