We are seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Aro Talent. This role will involve developing and implementing complex machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data engineering, and software development life cycle methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to design and implement Data Architecture.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Architects to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into existing systems.
  • Manage requirements and tasks using tools like Jira.
  • Maintain expertise in cloud environments, particularly AWS and Snowflake.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Econometrics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience showcasing proven expertise in machine learning algorithms, data engineering, and MLOps.
  • Specialized skills include the development and implementation of Machine Learning algorithms such as SVM, neural networks, random forest, and XGboost.
  • Proficiency in scripting for data analysis using Python API, PySpark/Spark API.
  • Experience building MIS infrastructure, dashboards, KPIs, and monitoring/interpreting report data.
