Overview

HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients in our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Current Florida LPN license
  • Two (2) plus years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing
  • BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
