Job DescriptionThis Certified Nursing Assistant 2 (CNA 2) position requires a strong focus on delivering individualized care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular check-ins with residents, reviewing patient care plans, and communicating changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor.
Qualifications- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid certified nursing assistant license in this state.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for caregiving and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
