Top Docs, Inc is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in performing Compensation and Pension Exams for our military Veterans.

We are looking for a highly qualified healthcare professional to provide medical services to Veterans at various locations throughout the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Perform Compensation and Pension Exams for Veterans at contracted facilities
• Review medical or mental health history and use electronic bookmarks to highlight relevant information
• Complete electronic exam documentation using a web-based examination form in Client's Provider Portal
• Submit completed documentation to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs within 48 hours of each appointment
• Review pertinent medical history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams for Veterans
• Capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form; all documentation will be completed electronically
• Completed exams will be sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations

• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or successfully completed an approved Physician Assistant (PA) program
• Primary care experience required
• Actively licensed and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills

• Compensation exam or VA experience preferred, but not required
