We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Consultant (BC) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a BC/BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians and supervisees to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and Board Certification as a BCBA.
- Current licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
