The Route Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors. This individual will build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team's level of achievement in customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with location management teams to provide exceptional customer service and product programs
- Negotiate customer contract renewals to drive business growth
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to problem-solve and handle various customer service situations
- Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 21 years of age
- Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
