Responsabilités Clés :

  • Leadership Stratégique : Offrir une direction claire, promouvoir une culture d'équipe positive et encourager la collaboration au sein du département.
  • Gestion de Production : Appliquer une connaissance approfondie de la chaîne de production, utiliser les outils de manière efficace et produire des rapports précis et dans les délais.
  • Planification et Allocation des Ressources : Élaborer et maintenir des plannings efficaces, gérer les ressources du département et collaborer avec les clients pour optimiser le personnel.
  • Communication et Gestion des Parties Prenantes : Établir des relations solides, communiquer de manière claire et gérer les informations sensibles avec discrétion.
  • Résolution de Problèmes : Analyser des enjeux complexes, prendre des décisions éclairées et mettre en œuvre des solutions favorisant le succès des projets.
  • Amélioration Continue : Rechercher des retours d'expérience, identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et se tenir informé des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur.
  • Gestion Financière : Collaborer avec les producteurs pour gérer les budgets, estimer les ressources et optimiser la rentabilité.

Exigences :

  • Expérience avérée en gestion de projets, de la conception à la réalisation.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le secteur de l'animation, y compris la production de projets en 2D et 3D.
  • Capacité à prioriser les tâches et à respecter les délais.
  • Compétences solides en résolution de conflits et en négociation.
  • Expérience avec Shotgun.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office, notamment Excel et Word.
  • Expérience en gestion de bases de données.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'artistes et de clients.
  • Connaissance des logiciels FTP.
  • Aptitude à apprendre de nouveaux logiciels.

Atouts :

  • Compétences en HTML/Wiki.
  • Connaissance de Filemaker.
  • Expérience en animation à l'international.
