Job Description:

  • Manage daily operations of a Gold's Gym club, ensuring seamless delivery of services to members and guests.
  • Lead a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to drive sales growth and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, special events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, optimize operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, team leadership, and business development.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Offer:
