Operations Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team in Beaverton, OR.

Salary: $30-$35/hour

Russell Tobin is a leading client for operational analysis services. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing operational plans or procedures to enhance efficiency and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement new procedures to meet business requirements and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in all operational activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the operation's business scorecard.
• Conduct operations analyses to evaluate effectiveness and capacity utilization.
• Recommend and implement solutions for operational efficiency and productivity gains.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Experience with SAP for operational tracking and resource management (preferred).
• Strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in analyses and reporting.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in operational analysis, capacity planning, or related fields.
• Familiarity with business scorecards and KPI tracking.
