Part-Time Cake Artist

Coborn's Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest. Our company values creativity, passion, and teamwork, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cake Artist.

We're seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. As a Cake Decorator, you'll have the opportunity to bring your creativity and passion to life by designing and decorating cakes for our customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our guests are satisfied with our offerings and services.

• Interact with customers to understand their cake design preferences and bring their vision to life.
• Mix, bake, design, and package delicious baked goods, including cakes, cookies, and pastries.
• Offer samples to customers and encourage them to add additional items to their shopping carts to contribute to department sales goals.
• Work with the Bakery Manager and team to ensure the salesfloor is filled with products and our guests are satisfied with our offerings and services.
• Practice good food safety and follow general workplace safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

• Previous baking and/or decorating experience is preferred.
