Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Design, develop, and implement new processes to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in GMP manufacturing and biologics production.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of process systems, automation, utilities, facilities, and operations. Proficiency in green or brown field GMP MFG facility start-up, including process systems, automation, utilities, facilities, and operations.
  • Certifications: PE Certificate preferred. FPX certification and Six Sigma and/or Lean experience are a plus.
