About the Role
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to our team's mission of providing the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will be responsible for evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals. You will also treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes. Additionally, you will supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with the development of protocols for common diagnoses.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000-$90,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including competitive pay, benefits for both full and part-time employees, a free medical plan, monthly bonuses, a 401(k) match, reimbursement for training and/or student loans, generous PTO, and profit sharing. We also offer mentorship and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
