Pilates Instructor

Club Pilates is seeking highly motivated and dynamic Instructors to join our studio family. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality group reformer classes to clients of all levels, ensuring a safe and engaging experience. We offer a supportive and fun environment, with opportunities for growth and development.

• Teach Pilates group reformer classes, adhering to Club Pilates standards
• Instruct clients using proper form and safe methods on various equipment, including Reformer, Springboard, and Exo-Chair
• Conduct private, semi-private, and demo sessions as needed
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment
• Assist with membership sales and client check-in
• Build studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
• Experience teaching group classes
• Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
