Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Spring Valley Hospital, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient and family.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to stay current on best practices and new technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • 1 year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
