Job Summary

We are seeking LPN candidates for Full-time and Part-time Shift B (6:00pm- 6:15am) positions. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to the Elders in the Facility, supervise the Certified Nurse Assistants, and ensure that the care is in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to the Elders in the Facility
  • Supervise the Certified Nurse Assistants to ensure quality care
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations

  • Paid Time Off (Based on Full-time status, Part-time status gets 50% of the below amount)
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Possess and maintain LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensure in the State of Michigan
  • Please include LPN License # when applying
