Position Overview

Location: On-site at our Center of Excellence

Standard working hours are Monday-Thursday from 6:00am to 3:30pm, with Fridays from 6:00am to 2:30pm, and every other Friday off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality output that meets established standards while focusing on continuous improvement to fulfill customer commitments.
  • Operate with minimal supervision on complex tasks, adapting techniques and tools to address specific requirements.
  • Execute detailed tasks that necessitate extensive knowledge and experience in relevant processes.
  • Utilize experience and judgment to strategize and achieve assigned objectives.
  • Effectively communicate with various departments, including Engineering, Quality, and Sales.
  • Act as a resource for resolving intricate problems and challenges.
  • Oversee the orientation and training of junior specialists.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols, including material and equipment handling procedures.
  • Be accountable for the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Engage in LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture.
  • Perform advanced assembly tasks, including mechanical assembly, cable harnessing, and inspection, typically following models and drawings.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct soldering and component installation per contract specifications using various tools and equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and process instructions effectively.
  • Maintain accountability for producing quality work that aligns with customer commitments and standard practices.
  • Be trained across all assembly stages and collaborate with Engineering to build initial articles based on specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections at all stages of production.
  • Familiarize oneself with HR policies and apply relevant business metrics and reporting tools.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the relevant field.
