Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automobile Center Store Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our Tire and Battery Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding sales and service experiences, while educating and mentoring new team members.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, and service standards, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Be a Technologist: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve service experiences, and enhance associate engagement, while adapting to new technologies and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Be an Owner: Communicate equipment and supply needs to the TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, and maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, develop and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style, and understand and address roadblocks in training.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid state-issued driver's license. Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if received. Must be 18 years of age or older.
