Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to laboratory staff and technicians, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of the laboratory.">
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in laboratory testing, calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with hospital policies, governmental regulations, and accreditation requirements.">
  • Mentor junior laboratory staff and technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to protocols and standards.">
  • Monitor and report quality control performance, ensuring documentation of corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.">
