Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Suncadia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize your knowledge of Suncadia's amenities and services to promote and enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate guest needs and preferences to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
