Job Title: Administrative Support Associate
Calm Source is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive management team and program managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive management team and program managers.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the branch office.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist with issues and communicate information to appropriate channels.
  • Monitor office activities and ensure an orderly and efficient environment.
  • Ensure a clean workspace and sanitary conditions for the office.
  • Keep filing up to date and secured at the direction of the site director.
  • Provide updates on a regular basis to keep the Executive Director and senior management informed of the operation and progress of field staff and issues or complaints.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to answer phone and take messages.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Preferred 1 year of office experience or supplementary experience.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clientele, staff, and Program Managers.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Must be certified in CPR, First Aid, and TOVA/NCI.
  • Must be a strong team player.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have commitment to company values and loyalty to the agency.
  • Must pass all child protection services, criminal history (FBI, state police) and Division of Motor Vehicle Background Checks.
