RT Vent Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Disability Solutions as a RT Vent Clinician. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to Vent patients in their homes, ensuring optimal outcomes and adhering to AdaptHealth's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, with experience working with ventilator patients. You will be expected to utilize your clinical expertise to assess patient needs, develop individualized plans of care, and provide education to patients and their families. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
