About the Job

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $58,000-$68,000, depending on location and experience. As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, participating in the annual business planning process, and identifying opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Requirements

  • A strong ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
  • An ability to identify opportunities to create efficiency
  • A willingness to learn how financial services/markets work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
