Job Summary

Petro-Com Corp is seeking an experienced Petroleum Equipment Service Technician to join our Service team for the Bowling Green, Findlay, Toledo, and Western/Northern Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fueling facility equipment, including dispensers, pumps, point of sale consoles, card readers, and fuel monitoring systems.
  • Execute mechanical skills, including electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner, ensuring all requests are handled professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and requirements.
  • Manage parts inventory on the service vehicle, maintaining correct quantities consistent with service call types.
  • Maintain the company service vehicle, keeping it clean and notifying the fleet manager when service or repairs are needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees, representing the company as the face of the service department.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ohio Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Clean driving record, must remain insurable under the company's liability insurance policy.
