Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. as a full-time Rehabilitation Therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a rehabilitation setting and be proficient in using various therapeutic techniques to help patients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will work closely with our occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals

• Providing direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and education

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• A certificate or associate's degree in occupational therapy assisting

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
