Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Charlotte, NC. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose and treat respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory therapy techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
