As a Travel Nurse RN Med Surg, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Unit Information:

  • Unit Type: Medical-Surgical
  • Number of Beds: 27
  • Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: 5:1

Requirements:

  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of NC
  • 2 years of experience as a registered nurse

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Travel experience
  • EMR experience with MEDITECH

What to Expect:

  • Orientation for travelers is typically 3 shifts
  • Self-scheduling model for the most part
  • Every other weekend

Charting System: MEDITECH

Float Rotation: Yes, to other units as needed
