Relationship Banker II-III MOD

This role is a key part of our team at Exchange Bank, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. As a Relationship Banker II-III MOD, you will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Identify and recommend consumer loan products to customers, providing guidance and support throughout the loan process.
- Operations Leadership: Act as a manager on duty, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of experience as a Relationship Banker.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of consumer loan products, branch operational procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- Competitive Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $21.95 to $30.32 per hour.
