Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children, from birth to 21 years old, with various medical conditions and developmental delays.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote physical growth and development
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth and successful treatment process
- Unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a home health care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
