About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality to our residents by preparing and serving meals, assisting with setup and cleanup, and performing various kitchen tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room
  • Perform short-order cooking and various prep tasks in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with the Nutrition Services Manager to ensure high-quality food service
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to obtain a valid work permit, if required by the State
