Relationship Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at First National Bank. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell our products and services to our customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Operational Duties: Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks, according to established policies and procedures.

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 0 years of job-related experience required
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, ability to use a personal computer and job-related software

• Licensures/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required

This is a full-time position, and the incumbent may be required to work at various locations within the market.
