About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Westhab Inc. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Human Resources in managing daily operations and serving as the primary point of contact for recruitment, retention, benefits, and employee relations matters. Key responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, maintenance of the ATS, conduct of New Staff Orientations, and provision of guidance on company policies and procedures.

What We Offer:
Westhab offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, employee relations, and disciplinary matters. Experience in a non-profit, social service setting is highly valued, and exceptional communication skills are necessary for success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, a proven track record of success in recruitment and HR coordination, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
