**Accounting Clerk Role at AppleOne**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at AppleOne. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in performing various accounting functions, with a focus on QuickBooks management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of credit card charges and collect, review, and organize receipts.
• Perform multiple bank account and credit card account reconciliations.
• Manage and reconcile multiple petty cash accounts.
• Ensure accurate posting and proper classification of accounting transactions.
• Maintain complete and accurate vendor records.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain pertinent information.
• Correspond with vendors and service providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounting calendar, assist with various filings, renewals, and deadlines.
• Support the director of finance with a range of accounting and administrative duties.
• Recommend changes to department processes to improve efficiency.
