Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Server to join our team at Wincome Hospitality. As a Pool Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide menus and make recommendations
  • Take orders and ensure accuracy
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables and counters
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Meet or exceed sales and service standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a 4-Diamond rated hotel or restaurant
  • Knowledge of Micros and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Food Handlers Certificate and CPR Training
