Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Aid to join our team at Aspen Grove, a Sonida Senior Living community in Lambertville, MI. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

The successful candidate will assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication management, treatments, and other care while promoting self-care and independence among our residents. You will also escort residents within the building and outside as needed, set up and serve meals, and participate in planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.

Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times, maintaining a safe and supportive environment that fosters their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by medical professionals
• Escort residents within the building and outside as needed, ensuring their safety and mobility
• Set up and serve meals, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
• Participate in planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar fields is an asset

We offer a competitive salary range of $$$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and more.
