KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leverage your expertise in engineering and data governance to:

  • Lead the Engineering Strategy: Spearhead the development, execution, and oversight of the company's engineering strategy as they transition from SQL-based systems to AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Engage and Align Senior Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of data management within the organization.
  • Influence and Upskill Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor, guiding the upskilling of the Business Intelligence (BI) team and empowering them to leverage data effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

They are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in guiding high-performing data teams, shaping strategic data initiatives, and driving business growth.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A candidate with:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in engineering or architectural roles, with a solid background in overseeing data migrations involving Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Python.
  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive the formulation and execution of a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Leadership Acumen: Proven experience in leading and managing dynamic teams, effectively structuring and organizing resources to support various business units and accelerate growth.
