Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Warehouse Laborer at Monahans Iron & Metal, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service - Unloading Scrap Metal: ensuring timely and efficient unloading of scrap metal shipments
• Processing and Weighing Recycled Materials: accurately processing and weighing recycled materials for resale
• Identifying Metal: correctly identifying different types of metals to ensure accurate sorting and packaging
• Sorting and Packaging Materials for Shipment: organizing and preparing materials for shipment to customers
• Buying Cans: purchasing cans from suppliers to meet customer demands
• Forklift Experience (Helpful but Not Required): operating a forklift to move heavy loads within the warehouse, if trained and certified
