Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Operations: Safely operate a bus to transport guests and staff within the park, adhering to all traffic and highway safety rules and regulations.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the bus, including fueling, oil checks, and cleaning, to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately complete various forms and records, including route sheets, time sheets, and incident reports.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transportation operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Class B with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes required.
  • Good Driving Record: No DUI convictions within the past 15 years.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and other team members.
