The HR Generalist will deliver comprehensive Human Resources and Payroll assistance, aiding clients in the creation, posting, and management of HR actions within Workday or similar systems.

Key responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing payroll processes, and preparing HR documentation for review and processing.

For seasoned HR professionals, the role extends to offering guidance on university, state, and federal regulations related to Human Resources and Payroll.

Engaging with Central HR to refine policies and processes, as well as providing training and mentorship, will enable you to leverage your expertise effectively.

You will be expected to stay updated on Human Resources laws, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on professional development opportunities to enhance your career trajectory.

Qualifications:


We are seeking candidates for all levels of HR Generalists; however, our immediate focus is on HR Generalists II, III, and IV positions.

Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist II include a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with one year of relevant HR Generalist experience.

For an HR Generalist III:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus three years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

Minimum qualifications for an HR Generalist IV: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with five years of relevant HR Generalist experience.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, alongside substantial experience as a Human Resources Generalist and familiarity with Workday or related Human Capital Management (HCM) applications.
