Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with purchases, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing general cleaning duties.
  • Support the store team in achieving sales goals, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Participate in store inventory counts, process returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
