Senior Lead Caregiver

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Lead Caregiver to join our team at CommonSail Investment Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and mentoring our care staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Provide 1440 Care: Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and support, adhering to our 1440 care standards.
- Provide Compassionate and Competent Care: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Manage Care Staff: Supervise and mentor care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting the needs of our residents.
- Document Resident Care: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including medication reminders and other important information.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with residents, families, and care staff in a clear and respectful manner, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with payroll, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Equivalent: Preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and care staff.
- Compassion and Empathy: Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to residents.
