Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced instructional designer/trainer to join our team. As an Epic Resolute PB Training Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Epic Resolute PB users, including curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation.
  • Analyze integrated workflow, application dependencies, and user competencies to determine learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with end-users, subject matter experts, and application analysts to develop role-based training materials and scenarios.
  • Review data to determine curriculum modifications that ensure training success.
  • Facilitate technical training while monitoring and adjusting the approach as necessary to ensure maximum transfer and retention of knowledge among a variety of audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education.
  • Five years' experience in instructional design, adult education, and Epic training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify innovative solutions.
  • Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
