Job Summary:

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced professional to support the 300mm semiconductor process integration team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production. The successful candidate will be responsible for feature-rich process development in various technologies, including FINFET, FDSOI, and eNVM. They will also collaborate with process module and packaging teams to drive process solutions and work with TSD and BU to oversee project scope and ensure technical needs are met. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for driving technology cost reduction, process convergence, and yield improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver advanced technology for mass production
  • Collaborate with process module and packaging teams to drive process solutions
  • Work with TSD and BU to oversee project scope and ensure technical needs are met
  • Drive technology cost reduction, process convergence, and yield improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years or Master's Degree with 7+ years or PhD with 6+ years of working experience in a relevant field
  • Experience leading engineer teams and developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production
  • Strong project management skills, particularly focused on managing schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs of projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PhD with 13+ years of working experience in a relevant field
  • Experience in the FEOL/BEOL process with FinFET and FDSOI technology
  • Strong background in FEOL/MOL/BEOL process development and characterization knowledge
  • Results-oriented and focused on quality of work
  • Excellent structured problem-solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, clients, and internal and external partners
  • Strong presentation and technical writing skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and challenging professional environment
Salary Range:
$63,000.00 - $142,000.00

The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
