Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in the development of schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements to ensure successful project completion. You will also coordinate with other drafters, designers, and engineers assigned to the project or task and review work progress and results. Additionally, you will prepare mechanical engineering designs, including layout, design sketches, and conceptual design.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year university and experience with MS Word, Excel, web browsing, and e-mail programs. Proficiency in basic computer programs, including pipe stress model analysis and mechanical engineering design software, is also preferred.

Working Conditions
This position is based out of our Lenexa, KS office. You will work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting professionally with all levels of management while managing a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively. Regular travel in the U.S. and internationally (5-15%) may be required.
