Client Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive explosive growth in the BPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value contracts with speed and precision. As a Sales Manager at Financial Rescue LLC, you will have the autonomy to drive sales strategies and processes, as well as potential for rapid career advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to outperform competitors
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients across various industries
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance in the BPO industry (minimum 5 years) at a managerial capacity
- Demonstrated ability to close deals quickly and efficiently
- Extensive network of industry contacts and decision-makers
- Strong understanding of various BPO service offerings and market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; background in technology and development is an advantage.
Compensation:
We offer a highly competitive base salary of $120,000 per year with an uncapped commission structure, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.
